مقدّمة
تطبيق «مزرعتي» أداة لإدارة المزارع. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها التطبيق، وكيف تُستخدم وتُحفظ، وكيف يمكنك حذفها.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم الكامل، وبيانات طريقة الدخول التي تختارها: رقم الهاتف (للدخول برمز يصلك في رسالة نصية)، أو البريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور، أو اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور، أو حساب Apple أو Google. كلمات المرور تُحفظ مشفّرة ولا يمكن لأحد الاطلاع عليها.
- أرقام هواتف حسابات العمال التي أُنشئت سابقاً، قبل إيقاف هذه الخاصية.
- بيانات المزرعة التي تُدخلها بنفسك: اسم المزرعة، الأقفاص وأعداد الطيور والسلالات، تقارير العدّ، البيض والتفقيس، الأدوية، المهام والملاحظات، والمبالغ التي تسجّلها.
- الصور التي تختار رفعها للأقفاص أو الأدوية أو تقارير العدّ.
لا نجمع الموقع الجغرافي أو جهات الاتصال، ولا نستخدم أي أدوات تتبّع أو إعلانات أو تحليلات.
خدمات تسجيل الدخول
عند الدخول برقم الهاتف يُرسل رقمك إلى خدمة Twilio فقط لإيصال رمز التحقق إليك. عند الدخول باستخدام Apple أو Google نستلم منهما اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني (قد تعطينا Apple بريداً مخفياً) لإنشاء حسابك فقط. لا تُستخدم هذه البيانات لأي غرض آخر.
كيف نستخدم البيانات
تُستخدم البيانات فقط لتشغيل التطبيق لك: تسجيل دخولك، وعرض بيانات مزرعتك، وإنشاء التقارير. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية.
التخزين والحماية
تُحفظ البيانات على خوادم Supabase السحابية وتُنقل عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS). يقتصر الوصول إلى بيانات المزرعة على صاحبها. الصور المرفوعة تُحفظ بروابط عشوائية يصعب تخمينها لكنها غير محمية بكلمة مرور، لذا تجنّب رفع صور تحتوي على معلومات حساسة.
البيانات على جهازك
التذكيرات (مثل تذكيرات التطعيم) تُحفظ مع بيانات مزرعتك في حسابك، وتُجدول إشعاراتها على جهازك. نصائح التربية تُجدول على جهازك فقط. تقرير PDF يُنشأ على جهازك ولا يُرسل إلى أي جهة إلا إذا اخترت مشاركته بنفسك.
الربط مع Claude
يمكنك إن أردت ربط حسابك في «مزرعتي» بمساعد Claude من شركة Anthropic. لا يحدث الربط إلا بعد أن تسجّل الدخول بنفسك وتضغط «موافقة»، وعندها فقط يستطيع Claude قراءة بيانات مزرعتك وتسجيل ما تطلبه منه نيابةً عنك، بصلاحيات حسابك فقط. التذكيرات والمهام تُسجَّل مباشرة، أما التغييرات المهمة (مثل المبيعات والبيض والطيور والعلف والخسائر وحذفها) فتصلك في التطبيق ولا تُطبَّق إلا بعد أن توافق عليها بنفسك. يمكنك إلغاء الربط في أي وقت من إعدادات Claude، ولا يمنح الربط أي صلاحية لأي شخص آخر. ما تشاركه مع Claude تحكمه أيضاً سياسة خصوصية Anthropic.
حسابات العمال السابقة
خاصية حسابات العمال موقوفة حالياً، والتطبيق الآن لأصحاب المزارع. الحسابات التي أُنشئت سابقاً وبياناتها ما زالت محفوظة كما هي ولم يُحذف منها شيء، ولمن يملك حساباً منها أن يسجّل الخروج أو يحذف حسابه من الشاشة التي تظهر له عند الدخول.
حذف الحساب والبيانات
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. عند حذف حساب صاحب المزرعة تُحذف المزرعة وكل بياناتها وصورها وحسابات العمال المرتبطة بها نهائياً. عند حذف حساب العامل تُحذف بيانات حسابه وما أرسله من تقارير. الحذف فوري ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.
الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه لأصحاب المزارع، وليس موجّهاً للأطفال دون 13 عاماً.
التغييرات على السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند إضافة ميزات جديدة، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلاها.

Introduction
Mazraati (مزرعتي) is a farm management app. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used and stored, and how you can delete it.
Data we collect
- Account data: your full name and the details of the sign-in method you choose: a phone number (to sign in with a text-message code), an email address and password, a username and password, or your Apple or Google account. Passwords are stored hashed; nobody can read them.
- Phone numbers of worker accounts created earlier, before that feature was withdrawn.
- Farm data you enter: farm name, cages, bird counts and breeds, count reports, eggs and hatching, medicines, tasks and notes, and amounts you record.
- Photos you choose to upload for cages, medicines or count reports.
We do not collect location or contacts, and we use no tracking, advertising or analytics tools.
Sign-in services
When you sign in with a phone number, your number is sent to Twilio only to deliver the verification code. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address from them (Apple may provide a private relay address) only to create your account. This data is not used for anything else.
How we use data
Data is used only to provide the app to you: signing you in, showing your farm data, and generating reports. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Storage and security
Data is stored on Supabase cloud servers and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Farm data is accessible only to the farm owner. Uploaded photos are stored under random, hard-to-guess links but are not password-protected, so avoid uploading photos that contain sensitive information.
Data on your device
Reminders (such as vaccination reminders) are saved with your farm data in your account, and their notifications are scheduled on your device. Farming tips are scheduled on your device only. PDF reports are created on your device and are not sent anywhere unless you choose to share them.
Connecting to Claude
You may choose to connect your Mazraati account to Claude, the AI assistant by Anthropic. The connection is made only after you sign in yourself and press Approve; only then can Claude read your farm data and record what you ask it to on your behalf, with your own account’s access. Reminders and tasks are saved directly; important changes (such as sales, eggs, birds, feed, losses and deleting them) are sent to the app and applied only after you approve them yourself. You can disconnect anytime in Claude’s settings, and connecting grants nothing to anyone else. What you share with Claude is also covered by Anthropic’s privacy policy.
Earlier worker accounts
Worker accounts are withdrawn for now and the app is for farm owners. Accounts created earlier and their data are kept exactly as they were and nothing was deleted; anyone holding one can sign out, or delete the account, from the screen shown to them when they sign in.
Account and data deletion
You can delete your account at any time inside the app: Settings → Delete account (حذف الحساب). Deleting a farm owner account permanently deletes the farm, all of its data and photos, and the worker accounts linked to it. Deleting a worker account deletes that account and the reports it submitted. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Children
The app is intended for farm owners and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy when features are added; the last-updated date above will change.
